The Value of Preparation
12 hours before your class, your mentor begins the personalized session design. This dedicated time is used to review your progress, select high-impact materials, and tailor the learning path for your specific goals. By respecting this window, you ensure the highest quality of instruction and value for your session. Outside this window, the class is considered confirmed, and the credit is used to compensate your mentor's dedicated preparation work.
⏳ Package Expiration Policy
EasyLangs credits are designed to drive consistent progress. When purchasing a new package, the expiration of ALL your active credits automatically extends to the new package date (Rollover). This rewards your consistency and allows you to keep your balance alive as long as you continue learning with us.
